When you're recounting something incredible, it helps to bring photographic proof. But what if your photo showed that reality was different than what you remembered?

Artifact is a magic utility that allows you to instantly alter a photo after it's taken, even on a spectator's borrowed iPhone. This powerful technology can seamlessly replace handwriting, playing cards, bill serial numbers, and almost anything else you can imagine.

One possible presentation: you openly predict that a spectator will choose the queen of clubs. To make your decision permanent, you take a photo of the card with their phone. They can clearly see themselves and the queen in the photo. You don't go near their phone again. They choose a card, the seven of hearts. They seem confused when you claim this as a victory. When they check their phone, they start to question their memory: the same photo now clearly shows the seven.

FAQ

Do I have to install something on the spectator's phone?

No. You're not installing anything and there's nothing you'd need to clean up afterwards. All they're left with is a single image in their gallery.

Do I need to have an iPhone?

Nope! Artifact will work great on your own phone whether it's iOS or Android. When using a borrowed device it's best if you can borrow an iPhone, but in a pinch you can use a borrowed Android (as long as you're comfortable navigating Android devices).

What tricks can I do?

Artifact is deeply customizable to suit your needs. The builtin presets include:
